Name: Mosi
Gender: Male
Age: Less than one year old
Appearence: A lanky cub, it appears that as an adult he'll have longer legs than his siblings. He is slight in build, but can easily take a fall from a tree or being pushed around. Although spotted now, his coat will remain slightly darker than his father's or mother's, with a dorsal stripe. His face will also remain darker, making his eye-rims much more apparent. His mane and tail as an adult will be very dark, with perhaps some hints of red in it amoungst the black.
Personality: A very confident cub, Mosi doesn't just know how to get into trouble; he knows every twist and turn trouble has. He's gone on many 'adventures' with his siblings, and he is often the one who comes up with the places to go and creatures to catch, while the others are more reluctant. The reckless behavior hasnt gotten him killed yet, and he feels that nothing can possibly happen to him. Outspoken, he will say whatever he feels like, even if that means getting a swat from his aunts or father. When the time comes, he is polite and respectful around his mother, and offers to help her catch gazelle three times his size, if that means she's not as tired when she returns to them.
History: Born to Ngiri, king of the Kusini pride, and a low-ranking and young huntress named Punda, Mosi had three full brothers. The other lionesses of the pride saw this as somewhat of a bad omen, since none of the cubs could stay with the pride once they turned two, and Punda would be left without issue. Since in the pride bloodlines were determined matrilineally, Punda was left with the tough task of raising four boys that would not be able to stay with her or help her hunt. This thankless job did not tire out the young lioness, and she took very good care of her cubs, named Mosi, Pili, Tatu, and Anan. Mosi was the boldest, Pili the smartest, Tatu the most fun-loving, and Anan the shiest. They were good cubs to their mother, and often wondered why they couldn't go with her to hunt, since she needed their help. They stay in a miniature coalition group within the pride, and even as young cubs have decided that when they have to leave, they would stick together and form a pride with all four of them as kings. Their father, who ruled with his cousin, often gets a good chuckle about this with his favorite lioness, Layla, who is Punda's aunt. However, Ngiri favors this mentality over them trying to take over his land, and allows the behavior.
Pride Status: Kusini
